When you first change over from "mainstream" shampoo to a natural shampoo bar your hair & scalp will go through a "transition" for a week or so as it adjusts to the clean shampoo bar stripping away all the gunk that the toxic chemicals in regular shampoos and other hair products leave behind.

Directions :

Wet the hair then either rub the bar directly on the scalp to create a lather or lather it up in the hands and rub into the hair and scalp, rinse it off & condition ends as normal

AS THIS IS MADE USING NOURISHING OILS THERE IS NO NEED TO SHAMPOO AND RINSE THE HAIR TWICE - ONCE IS ENOUGH, SHAMPOOING IT TWICE WHEN YOU WASH CAN CAUSE THE HAIR TO BE TANGLED

As you shampoo, the outermost cuticle layer of the hair, opens up, and the shampoo floats the excess dirt and oils away. If you do your final rinse with an apple cider vinegar rinse the hair follicles close up. This will not only ease combing, but will leave you with squeeky clean hair and keep any static under control too

No residue is left behind to irritate your scalp and as the hair shaft is clean and closed, and no longer clogged with the residue of "product", light will reflect off each strand of hair and shine naturally.

*For long hair condition ends as normal for the first few weeks, after which this wont be necessary as the scalp will now be able to breathe and distribute enough natural oils to the ends each time you brush your hair
